Our iMovie was created but not finished. Also, Jimmy and I decided instead of doing tutorials of our recipes we will show pictures and then do a voiceover step-by-step. Last week Jimmy and I worked on coming up with some basic exercises for you guys to try. My goal is to reduce the amount of obese and overweight kids in my school and community. I am not overweight and very active and I want to transfer that motivation into other kids in my community. There are so many ways to be active. You can play sports, go for a run, lift weights, do exercises, and many more. There are some kids who workout a lot but never seem to lose weight. That's because the eat bad foods and don't change their diet. My goal is to help kids lose weight and get healthy! |
